ISHAN Computer & Safety Institute was founded because too many students in and around Kushinagar were finishing school with certificates but no real, usable skills. Job interviews were being lost not for lack of ability, but for lack of practical exposure — to computers, to office software, to safety equipment used on actual worksites.

We started ISHAN to close that gap. Our mission is straightforward: teach skills the way they’re actually used on the job, in small batches, with enough hands-on time that every student leaves confident, not just certified.

Every course we run — whether it’s a computer diploma or a fire & safety program — is built around the same commitment to quality: real equipment, real practice, and instructors who’ve worked in the field they teach.
